Wisconsin senior Ethan Happ has been named to the All-Big Ten first team for the third straight year. No other Badger has earned the honor for three years in a row. The announcement came Monday as teams get ready for the conference tournament. Wisconsin plays the winner of the Nebraska versus Rutgers game on Friday. The A-P Top-25 basketball poll has the Badgers ranked 19th. That’s up two spots from last week.
