A man from Kaukauna is facing charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a child. 30 year old Matthew Kitzis reportedly took a teenage girl from the Fox Valley to a house in Kaukauna multiple times between 2017 and last year to engage in sexual activity. Kitzis is a volunteer in-line skating coach, although he is not connected to any particular brand. It is unclear if he used this as a way to get close to the teen. Kitzis was in an Outagamie County Courtroom yesterday, but we have not received word as to the results of the initial hearing.
