The Janesville School District has placed an elementary teacher on paid leave after his fourth arrest for O-W-I. Fifty-year-old Dennis Brunner was found passed out in his running vehicle, which was parked in his driveway last weekend. Officers say he became aggressive and resisted — until they threatened to use a Taser. They say he threatened to “put a bounty” on the head of the arresting officer. Brunner is a physical education teacher at Madison Elementary School in Janesville.
