The Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center will be hosting their third Breakfast at the Barn on March 21, an event which will feature the co-owner and general manager of Wilfert Farms, Dave Wilfert. Dave grew up on a dairy farm in Manitowoc County and graduated from Mishicot High School. He continued his education at UW-Oshkosh, receiving degrees in both marketing and economics. Dave will take you through the history of Wilfert Farms, how it started, the journey to get where they are are today, and what it’s like to operate a ‘field to fork’ fruit and vegetable farm. Doors open at 7:15 am, with food being served at 7:30, and Dave’s presentation starting at 8:00. The breakfast and presentation are included in the ticket price which is $10 for Farm Wisconsin Members and $15 for Non-members.
