Update: All lanes are now open as of 11:08 AM
Interstate 43 northbound is closed at County Highway C Because of a delayed recovery of a semi. The state Department of Transportation advises motorists to exit at County C NORTH ON County CR to U.S. Highway 151 and head west back to the Interstate. The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department is on scene and that stretch of the I is expected to reopen at approximately 11:45 this morning.
