Felician Village, a continuing care campus, that provides housing and services for seniors through rehabilitation, independent living, assisted living and long-term care has announced Sandra DaVore, The Villa, as their Service Excellence Star Award winner for the month of January.
Sandra’s nomination read: “A family member of a resident in The Villa shared with me that Sandra showed ‘great compassion and caring’ for his father during a medical situation which allowed his dad to feel well taken care of.”
The selection is based on the employee’s conduct as it reflects Felician Village values.
Each month co-workers, residents, family members and visitors are encouraged to nominate an employee to be considered for the Service Excellence Star Award. The award subcommittee reviews the completed nomination forms monthly and a winner is selected.
