A Green Bay man was in court yesterday facing a sexual assault allegation from 2015. 42 year old Dwayne Carlton has been charged with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, and kidnapping for the Oct. 11, 2015 incident, in which he allegedly kidnapped the woman as she was leaving a bar. The woman reported that there were four men involved, but Carlton is the only one being charged at this time. The victim also told officers that Carlton was the “main guy” and that she did not consent to any of the sexual acts that were performed. DNA Samples link him to the case, and charges were filed late last week.
