The victim of a one vehicle rollover crash in Sheboygan County late yesterday morning was a Plymouth man. A news release today from Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department Captain Corey Norlander identifies the victim as 56-year old Michael Kelly. Captain Norlander said Kelly was traveling southbound on State Highway 67, near County J, when he lost control of his vehicle, and entered the ditch before the unit overturned landing on its’ roof. Kelly, the only occupant, was found deceased inside the vehicle, just before noon.
