A federal grand jury has indicted a man accused of making threatening phone calls. Michael Propst was arrested last weekend and booked into the Manitowoc County Jail. Investigators say Propst called a woman in Green Bay last June telling her he had abducted her five-year-old daughter and was going to sexually assault her. The child was found safe. Green Bay police later found out that multiple threatening calls were made to several day care centers in Indiana and Iowa.
