Behnke of Manitowoc Lutheran Verbally Commits to ND State

Senior Forward Emily Behnke of the Manitowoc Lutheran High School Girls basketball team has verbally committed to attend North Dakota State University.  The 6-foot 2-inch Behnke is a 4 year starter for the Lancers and recently surpassed the 1000 point mark in her career. Emily is averaging 12.5 points & nearly 11 rebounds per game this season.  The 2 time first team all-conference selection chose the Division-1 Bison over others, including D-3 schools Carroll and Concordia Universities.  Behnke is looking to major in the sonography program at North Dakota State in Fargo.
