Mayor Nickels and Common Council members will be holding individual listening sessions in their district that will be open to citizens who live in that district or business owners who have a business in that district. Alderman Scott McMeans of District 2 and Mayor Justin Nickels will be holding this district’s listening session on Thursday, February 21st, 2019 at 6 p.m. in Cabin 1 at Lincoln Park located at 1215 North 8th Street in Manitowoc.
