
A winter storm warning remains in effect for Manitowoc County until midnight Thursday night with a possibility of sleet, freezing rain and snow. Total snow accumulations ranging from around an inch in the Manitowoc area, to 3 to 5
inches to the northwest of Green Bay and Appleton. There is a possibility of up to a quarter of an inch of ice from freezing rain. Travel could become very difficult, especially from midday through the early evening. Ice
