The Sheboygan man whose kids fell out of his van while negotiating a roundabout over the summer has been sentenced in Sheboygan Circuit Court to three and a half years in prison. The complaint states that Robert W. Horsch was traveling with his two sons back in May when the boys fell out the back of his van while he took the roundabout at the intersection of Eighth Street and Indiana Avenue in Sheboygan. The 22 month, and 3-year-old children were transported to the hospital suffering from a variety of injuries, including a chipped tooth, and skull fracture. Horsch, who is a licensed attorney, was convicted for his fifth drunk driving offense and will be under five years of extended supervision.
