The family of Jonathan Tubby, who was shot and killed while in the Brown County Jail, have filed a federal lawsuit against the officer who shot him, and a slew of others. The incident occurred on October 19th of 2018, at around 9:10 PM and Tubby was reportedly handcuffed and unarmed at the time he was shot. It is being claimed that the other officers that were on hand failed to intervene. The investigation into the incident has been turned over to the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and several officers have been placed on Administrative leave.
