Governor To Commit $31M Toward Expansion At Marinette Marine

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers says he will include 31-million dollars in his budget plan to help Marinette Marine expand and add 400 jobs.  Evers was in the northeastern Wisconsin city Thursday to explain his idea.  Fifteen-hundred people already work at the shipyard.  Marinette Marine is one of the private companies in the running to build a larger frigate class ship for the U-S Navy.  It has been building Littoral Combat Ships for the last 14 years.
