Cedar Crest Ice Cream and the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation have announced the winner of the 2018 Ice Cream Flavor Creation Contest. The winning flavor was Wisconsin Campfire S’more, and was created by the Springbrook 4-H Club out of New Richmond. The remaining four finalists were the Country Cardinals 4-H Club from Highland for their Unicorn Magic flavor, the Badger Backers flavor, which was submitted by Magnolia 4-H Club of Evansville, Rosendale’s Busy Bee’s 4-H Club for their submission of Buzzin’ Brownie Blast, and the Peterson Mil’ 4-H Club of Iola, who submitted Peterson Mill Smash. All five finalists earned a Cedar Crest Ice Cream party, while Springbrook will also receive $300. Wisconsin Campfire S’more will be introduced in July and will be a limited-edition flavor available while supplies last at ice cream parlors that serve Cedar Crest products.
