The F-B-I says a 34-year-old man originally from Hortonville was shot to death while federal agents were trying to arrest him last week. Nathan Thoe had been the subject of what the F-B-I calls an ongoing investigation. He was killed January 13th when federal agents tried to take him into custody at an Interstate 90 rest area near White Lake, South Dakota. Authorities haven’t said what the investigation was about. Thoe had been staying in the Pierre area for the last few months.
