The Two Rivers Planning Commission is the only city group gathering in the Cool City today. Their meeting will be held in the Council Chambers in City Hall, beginning at 5:30 PM. They only have three items on their agenda, and will begin by discussing a proposed zoning change. They will also be holding the preliminary discussion to create TID number 13 in the Woodland Industrial Park. The Planning Commission will close out the meeting by receiving a status report on the Washington Highlands planned unit development, including the landscaping plans.
