Six Additional Shopko Stores Closing in Wisconsin

Green Bay-based Shopko is closing six additional stores in Wisconsin.  The locations include Appleton, Grafton, La Crosse, Menasha, Seymour and Sussex.  The company previously announced the closure of the Mauston store.  Shopko revealed last fall that it would shutter 39 stores in 19 states before March 1st.  The department store chain is expected to file for bankruptcy protection on Tuesday.
