Manitowoc Road Closure Notice

North 10^th Street between New York Ave. and Pine Street will be closed to through traffic on Thursday, January 10^th. The road is being closed for the repair/replacement of a water service. It is anticipated that the road will be reopened to traffic by the end of the workday.
