Bicycle Rider Dies Of Serious Injuries From Hit-And-Run

Racine County authorities have arrested a 71-year-old Kenosha man accused of being the hit-and-run driver who killed a bicyclist.  An off-duty sheriff’s deputy found the 18-year-old victim lying in a roadside ditch Monday at 10:45 P-M.  Investigators say they don’t know how long Teren Cagle had been lying there unconscious.  The suspect’s name hasn’t been released.  Cagle died Tuesday at Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee
