An accused drunk driver is scheduled to make an appearance in Clark County Circuit Court next month. Authorities say it took six deputies to put the handcuffs on Dale Kortesmaki when he was finally stopped after a high-speed chase. Deputies say he head-butted an officer while getting out of the squad car, was forced to wear a spit-mask, and he shouted obscenities while at the hospital. Pursuers say Kortesmaki was clocked at 110 miles-an-hour during the chase.
