The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families has pulled the license of a Madison child care facility for hiring a convicted felon to work with kids. The state agency had been notified last November that the convicted murderer was working at Angels Joy Learning Center. He was a relative of one of the owners. The man’s name hasn’t been released. The anonymous tipster said he had been paid “off the books” to avoid detection.
