A New Jersey man found guilty of conducting a tax fraud scheme is going to prison for four years. Federal prosecutors say 33-year-old Deily Veras stole more than two-point-seven-million dollars from the I-R-S by filing false tax returns. After he got the refund checks, he would take them to a person in Milwaukee to cash them. Most of the identities he used came from Puerto Rico residents.
