Drug Charges Filed Against Man Who Overdosed

Drug charges are being filed against an Eau Claire man who overdosed.  Police responded to a home on Ponoma Drive December 15th on a report that Neftali Acosta was overdosing on drugs.  Officers found a cooler full of packaged marijuana while they were trying to determine what drugs Acosta had taken.  Authorities got a search warrant and returned to the home, where they found 250 grams of packaged marijuana, packaged cocaine, and a ledger outlining drug deals.
