Father, Stepmother Of Tortured Teen Charged In Milwaukee Case

Charges of false imprisonment, chronic neglect of a child and physical abuse of a child have been filed against the father and stepmother of a 15-year-old girl.  When she was found during a police check, the victim told an officer she had been pulled from school last year.  Kevin and Felicia Boon each face six charges.  The girl says she was tortured, beaten and forced to stay in an empty room by herself for several months.
