A correctional officer at the Milwaukee County Jail could face more than seven years behind bars if he is convicted on two federal charges. Forty-three-year-old Rashed Farrakhan says he “lost control” when an inmate was laughing at him November 14th. Farrakhan is charged with misconduct in public office and abuse of a resident in a penal facility. He was arrested three-and-a-half weeks after the attack on an inmate identified in court papers as “T-M.”
