A Sheboygan man was arrested for his connection to the death of his 4 year old son in Detroit. Police are saying the Gary Chang left his semi-automatic handgun out and accessible, with five of six children in the home. One of the siblings of the boy picked up the weapon and inadvertently shot the 4 year old, killing him. Chang has been charged with second degree child abuse and has a court date scheduled for the day after Christmas.
