Wisconsin Realtors Association Release November Home Sales

The Wisconsin Realtors Association is out today with figures surrounding November Home Sales. The report shows sales, statewide, were up a modest one-half of one percent from the same month in 2017…while median prices for those properties rose 7.7% to $183,000.  Information by county indicates the number of home sales here in Manitowoc County ‘fell’ by nearly 12% from 101 last year to 89 a month ago.  The median price locally dropped 6% from $112-thousand to $105-thousand.  Year-to-date figures through November show a 5% decline in sales and, a nearly 3% increase in the price.
