Germantown police say a man driving to work was shot in the leg Thursday morning in what police believe to be a case of road rage. The 45-year-old says he pulled over to let the vehicle following him pass when someone fired a shot into the driver’s side door. The victim was hit in the lower leg while the other man drove away. Investigators say the wounded man is expected to survive, but he was kept at a hospital for treatment.
