The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office has announced that they are offering a reward of up to $500 for any information that leads to an arrest in a case involving thefts from cars. These thefts began back in November, with the perpetrator entering unlocked vehicles and taking any loose valuables, such as money or cell phones. The thief or thieves have been active in the areas of Cleveland, Mishicot, Francis Creek, Rockwood, Shoto, and Whitelaw.
