Suspect Finally Surrenders After Refusing To Come Out For 5 Hours

Milwaukee police report an armed standoff ended peacefully Tuesday morning when a suspect decided to surrender.  The M-P-D Tactical Enforcement Unit was on the scene for about five hours.  The suspect had threatened to shoot himself and officers after causing a disturbance.  His name hasn’t been released.  Police say he may have mental health issues and could be a military veteran with P-T-S-D.
