Madison police say they have identified a suspect they believe fired a gun inside Visions nightclub during a shooting last weekend. Police say officers were called to the club just before 2 A-M Sunday after four people were shot during a large fight inside the club. Police investigators said today (Tuesday) that 35-year-old Cole W. Foster of Madison is believed to have fired a gun inside Visions. He has been arrested on a tentative charge of first-degree recklessly endangering safety. Four people were wounded in the shooting. Police originally said a fifth person also suffered a knife injury but did not require hospitalization. Police officials say detectives are still interviewing witnesses and have not yet determined what caused the fight that led to the shooting.
