Fall Creek Man Could Go To Jail For 1-Year For Slapping Officer

A Fall Creek man is charged with sexual assault for slapping an Eau Claire County deputy sheriff on his backside.  Thirty-year-old Cesar Villegas also faces charges of disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. The incident happened during a Halloween party at a bar in Augusta.  If convicted, Villegas could go to jail for one year.  The deputy says someone slapped his buttocks as he walked in the bar last October — a few seconds later, it happened again.
