There will be two meetings in Manitowoc City Hall this evening. The Committee of the Whole will start the night off at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers. They will be entering a closed session to receive an update on the acquisition pf the Canadian National Peninsula. Then at 6:60 PM, the Common Council will gather in the Council Chambers. Among a myriad of other items, the Council will be holding a public hearing for the purpose of hearing any citizen or taxpayer on the proposed budget for the upcoming year. These will be the only meetings held this week in Manitowoc
