The warning siren located North Webster Ave/ Vanderbraack Rd will be disconnected and taken down due to the road expansion of N Webster Ave. The purpose of outdoor warning sirens is to warn residents outdoors of threatening weather. When the sirens sounds, residents should move indoors to the lowest level and seek shelter in an interior room or hallway away from windows Brown County Emergency Management encourages residents to purchase a NOAA Weather Radio for proper alerting to be used in conjunction with the outdoor warning sirens.
