The City of Manitowoc Finance Committee will be gathering at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall. The only item on the agenda is a review of the 2019 budget. They will be looking into the projected borrowing and capital projects for next year as will also be conducting a general budget review, before adjourning for the evening.
