More information has become available in the case of the death of the 3 year old in Manitowoc back in July. The new state report alleges that 46 year old Eduardo Gamez and 38 year old Jamie Shrank were caring for the child, and caused serious injuries which lead to the child’s death. Schrank admitted to officers that she was smoking meth while babysitting the child. The couple was not licensed for childcare, and also had their 5 year old child taken from them following the death of the 3 year old. The investigation remains ongoing.
