A Manitowoc man was arrested yesterday after a heated argument with a woman. An anonymous caller informed the Manitowoc Police of the argument at around 9:15 PM, so officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of Dale Street. After speaking with the man and woman, officers noticed the smell of alcohol on the man’s breath, and were informed that he was on bail. When officers informed him he was under arrest, the man attempted to flee, falling in the road. The man is now facing charges of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing an Officer, and Resisting Arrest.
