Man Accused Of Killing Wife, Hiding Her Body, Bound Over For Trial

A Portage County Circuit Court judge has ruled there is enough evidence to send a murder case to trial.  Jason Sypher is accused of killing his wife and hiding her body last year.  Sypher made a court appearance Monday.  Prosecutors say he was an abusive husband and he lied about his activities the day Krista Sypher went missing.  The body has never been found.  Sypher is scheduled to return to court next month.
