The Two Rivers City Council will be gathering this evening at 6:00 in the Council Chambers. The gathering will begin with a public hearing regarding the Sandy Bay Highlands project. Other items on the agenda include discussions on a pair of resolutions regarding Tax Incremental District 12, which encompasses the former Suettinger Hardware property, as well as the proposed authorization to award the bid for the “Green Infrastructure” project to Mammoth Construction. The project is to build a Stormwater Management Facility at the north end of Nashotah Beach. They will also enter a closed session to talk about some possible economic development projects, and the results of the recent environmental testing activity performed in the city.
