The Brown County Library is going to have some very large shoes to fill, as after nearly 35 years, the man known as “Bookmobile Bob” is retiring. The library will be celebrating the long career of Bob Ripley by holding an event on his last scheduled day, September 4th from Noon until 2:00 PM. Ripley has loved his time in the position saying, “After 34 years, I have so many wonderful memories of every one I helped. I am grateful to have been part of their lives.”
