Standing water on Madison streets isn’t stopping thousands of students from moving into University of Wisconsin dorms. The first of four move-in days this week was Sunday. University officials say they will reroute drop-off sites if flooding covers roads near the campus. All buildings are sufficiently high. About half of on-campus students moved in Sunday. Others have been told to approach the campus from the south to avoid high water.
