South 23rd Street, at the intersection of Dewey Street is scheduled to be closed to through traffic on Wednesday, August 22nd at approximately 8:30 A.M. The intersection is being closed for the installation of watermain. It is anticipated that the intersection will be reopened to traffic by the end of the workday.
