New Berlin police have arrested a 60-year-old suspect for an attack on a woman in a Walmart parking lot. The incident was caught on video surveillance cameras. John Engebos of Wauwatosa is charged with second-degree recklessly endangering safety — plus battery and disorderly conduct. The argument started over where he had left his shopping cart. Thirty-three-year-old Corey Richardson says she was with her two children when it happened. Richardson says she asked him to move the empty cart out of the way. The video shows him pushing her to the ground, with her infant rolling through the parking lot on the cart which was left unattended.
