A 35-year-old woman tells Green Bay police her former fiancé kidnapped her and held her at a motel for more than two weeks. She says 32-year-old Tony C. Hughes physically and sexually abused her. Hughes is accused of grabbing her as she got off a bus May 26th. When he got her to a motel, she says Hughes told her he missed her, then threatened to kill her and her family if she left. He finally let her leave June 12th. The victim and her brother immediately drove to a domestic violence shelter and called police.
