A Minnesota man has been found guilty of aggravated battery in the fatal beating of a U-W-Stout college student. Cullen Osburn was sentenced to four years in prison last Friday. Osburn had been acquitted on a charge of first-degree intentional homicide three months ago. Hussain Alnahdi was killed outside a pizza restaurant in downtown Menomonie almost two years ago. Shortly before the sentence was read, Osburn again told the court he is innocent. His defense was hurt by his long history of violent criminal acts.
