The Dane County Sheriff’s Office reports two jail inmates who went missing are back behind bars. Thirty-year-old Anthony Davis turned himself in Sunday morning. He had failed to return from a work-release program the day before. He was serving time for identity theft and criminal damage to property. Another 30-year-old inmate, Katie Perkins, was arrested Sunday afternoon. She went AWOL on Saturday. Perkins is serving a sentence for two counts of bail jumping through a jail diversion program.
