A 20-year-old Manitowoc man charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child is scheduled to return to court next week for a preliminary hearing. Court records show that Josiah Yang also faces a felony charge of repeated sexual assault. Police arrested Yang earlier this month accusing him of having repeated sexual contact with a minor. He remains in the County Jail in lieu of $7500 cash and his next court date is this Tuesday at 1:30. Yang faces up to 100 years in prison and a $100 thousand fine if convicted on both charges.
