Clark County prosecutors have reached a plea agreement with a 36-year-old defendant who admits he was driving drunk when he was involved in a fatal crash. Steven Faber of Chili was convicted on three felony charges, including homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle. Witnesses told investigators the truck Faber was driving in March of 2017 went out of control and rolled several times when it went into a ditch. Thirty-five-year-old Andy Mallory of Chili died in the accident. Faber was found to have a blood-alcohol content of three times the legal limit to drive.
